INTRODUCTION
If you are in the habit of
scamming/defrauding people to make money, you are not wise. Don’t you know that
the wealth of the sinner is laid up for the just? (Proverbs 13:22b).
“You are
not born into a rich world
just for you to live and die poor”.
“You must attempt something, to become anything
in life, otherwise, you will amount to nothing”.
“You are not poor because you are broke;
you are poor because your mind is not
strong enough to abide by the creator’s laws for material or
financial blessings”.
“Everyone has equal opportunity at being mentally and financially free.
Notwithstanding, not everyone has
the belief system that drives the
actions that lead to material, mental, or financial prosperity”.
In all, “godliness with contentment is great gain” (1 Timothy 6:6).
Why are you not getting ahead in life? Could it be that your destiny is holding you back from making
progress in life? Moses killed an Egyptian in Exodus 2:12; however, rather than punish him, God selected him
in Exodus 3:10 (even while he was a stranger, far away in Midian) to
save the Israelites. So, why is your own case different? Is it that you have a bad destiny?

“Command those who are rich in this present world not to be arrogant nor to put their hope in wealth, which is so uncertain. But to put their hope in God, who richly provides us with everything for our enjoyment. Command them to do good, to be rich in good deeds, and to be generous and willing to share. In this way, they will lay up treasure for themselves as a firm foundation for the coming age, so that they may take hold of the life that is truly life” (1 Timothy 6:17-19 -- NIV).

POVERTY is the presence of lack in the material (including the body), spiritual, and/or
mental aspect of a person’s life.
Money
is meant to be enslaved and trained (train
your money to stay calm), because it is neither a friend nor a master to
anyone.
Remember,
no matter how golden, beautiful, or costly a bed may be, it can never be a guarantee that the sleeper will have
sweet dreams. Similarly, no matter how wealthy
a man may be, there is no guarantee
of a prosperous future, perpetual good health, or even an everlasting life for
him.
People
who are born rich did not plan to be born so, likewise people who are born
poor. However, like beauty, wealth, is comme
si, comme çà (meaning, neither good
nor bad, neither here nor there). Whatever you sow, that is the ONLY thing
you are permitted to reap!
Therefore, just as an ugly person
can become beautiful by simply using beauty products and a beautiful person can
easily FADE OUT if they refuse to maintain their beauty, the same way a poor
person must go an extra mile, if he/she wants to become rich, and a rich person
on the other hand, must equally go an extra mile to avoid becoming poor. This is because, like beauty, wealth is highly volatile, and so,
requires consistent, persistent, diligent, and deliberate plans of action to
keep it rolling.

Chapter 1: ARE YOU DOMINATING?
Let’s
trek to Europe!
Have
you heard about the people who trek
from some African and Asian countries down to Europe? They travel (on buses, trains, and foot) from their
various communities, down to Libya, for an onward journey to any country in
Europe. These people are all looking for just one thing - greener pastures. One question you might ask is, ‘what makes one
land greener than the others?’ If you ask me, the closest answer to that
question, of course, is nothing!
Most of these trekkers never make it to their desired land (destination) of milk and honey, as the majority
of them end up drowning in the Mediterranean
Sea (picture below). Even when
some of them do make it, they never become successful or leverage the golden
opportunities in their supposed land of wealth
and greener pastures. In most cases, they eventually realise that the honey they crossed seven seas, seven
oceans and seven lands to look for, sometimes
even flows MORE in their own rejected
and abandoned communities.
The
truth is that most of these people are rather ignorant, greedy, and naive. Even if you present them with better
opportunities in their home countries, they will still prefer to go to a
strange land, where they can make QUICK MONEY. It
is always all about making money as quickly as possible.
Unfortunately,
most of them eventually do not live
up to God’s expectations for their lives. From my little experience, about 30% of them (to be fair), end up becoming delinquents, 30% become peasants or menial/unskilled workers, 30% struggle between being idle and
receiving benefits and supports from their newly
found home government, while the last reasonable 10% find their way back to school and continue to grow from there,
until they become distinguished. This latter group of people are the only ones who have found a purpose for
their lives before leaving home but didn’t get an opportunity to maximize their
potential. So, when the opportunity finally came, they grabbed it with zeal and zest. The larger population of
the former groups are just existing for the day; they do not care about
whatever comes their way, they are highly ignorant and will never mind getting
themselves involved in any kind of deal, no
matter how bad, just to make MONEY.

about our beautiful home, Earth. By
the way, who wouldn’t be intrigued and
thrilled by the wonders and beauties of God’s creations? The stars, the
sun, the moon, the universe, the planets, everything, all very beautiful to
behold and relish.
The
good news is, we are shareholders to these wonders and beauties. We are heirs
and beneficiaries to these benevolent provisions of our benefactor, the almighty God. The creator has created
us, so that we can employ these abundances offered by our world to actualise
our God-given potentials and purpose. He created us to dominate and subdue (spiritually
and materially) this world and everything therein. Thus, anyone who is not
living up to this set standard is not fulfilling God’s original mandate and
purpose for creating man, such a person is not
pleasing God.
We
are all mandated to live a life of

you using your life to do today? Is your life exalting God by manifesting his
glory, or are you disparaging him with your lifestyle?
Just
as the astronauts I mentioned earlier have rightly pointed out, EVERYTHING GOD
MADE IN OUR WORLD is already perfect and beautiful. Your waking-up from sleep today will not increase the AIR humans
breathe. It cannot make the SUN to shine brighter for farmers’ crops to grow
faster. It cannot change the fact that we are right now in the season of
SUMMER, with autumn just by the corner.
Your
“waking-up” today cannot guarantee a
WARM WINTER, neither can it guarantee a FROSTY SUMMER. So, what are you awake
for today? Can your “waking-up” today
answer the questions in Job 38? Or
have you not taken out time to ponder over the questions in that bible passage?
What are you alive for today?
Let
me tell you, God has woken you up once more today to give you another
opportunity to manifest the potentials he has bestowed on you. God DID NOT in
any way bring you back to life, power and thought so that you can assist any of
his creations in their natural course, NO! not at all. The almighty God (the maker and owner of our lives) has
brought you up today to do more exploits, more signs, and more wonders for his
kingdom. He wants you to glow in his power, his glory, and his wisdom; to walk
in his perfect light and never in darkness. You are alive today to be a witness
to the awesomeness of our God so that the world will know Him through his
riches in glory by Christ Jesus, which manifests through you. By shining forth
your light for the world to see, you are set to lay yourself as an instrument
of his praise and glory.
Do
you think you are dominating,
conquering, and subduing right where you are? Do you think you are getting
ahead in one or more aspects of life? Do you think life can be better for you
right where you are, or you believe that you must walk on FOOT to the moon before
